On 26th
March 2012 the celestial event of Conjunction
of Venus with Moon would occur
i.e. If first One can observe the
crescent Moon he/she would see Planet Venus placed just above it in the sky
making a wonderful view to observe. Further below moon one can see another
Non-Twinkling object which is Planet Jupiter.
All in all this wonderful appearance of Venus, Moon
and Jupiter together will enthrall everyone. Importantly this is last time (on 26th March) in year 2012
Evening sky when the trio: Venus, Moon & Jupiter will appear paired. I.e.
on 26th March 2012 after Sunset if one looks toward West Direction
one can see Venus, Moon and Jupiter paired.
Importantly Conjunction of Venus or Jupiter with Moon were some of the exciting opportunities for people to locate planets with help of Moon. At times pairing of Moon, Venus & Jupiter together mesmerized the public.
At beginning
of year 2012 Jupiter and Venus were apart and could be seen inching close to
each other as days passed by and on 14th March they were together
i.e. Conjunction of Venus & Jupiter
(14th March, 2012) now they are moving apart as seen from
earth.
Direction –
Time: After Sunset one has to look towards West Direction where one will see
beautiful Crescent Moon and just above it one would see Non-Twinkling bright
object which is Planet Venus. Further
below the Moon one can see another Non-Twinkling object which is Jupiter.
Greatest
Eastern Elongation of Venus on 27th March: since 14th
March everyday Night compared to Previous Night Venus appeared to move in upward direction (climbing higher in the
sky than previous day) away from Horizon.
However on 27th
March Planet Venus will reach at its highest
max. Point in sky as it would be at an angle farthest from Sun called Greatest Eastern Elongation. After 27th
March people can note that Venus appears
(at given point of time) to move downwards towards horizon compared to previous night and would disappear from Evening skies
at End of May 2012.
Jupiter Movement - Disappearance: Jupiter
after celestial meeting on 14th March is appearing to
move downwards in our sky and it would disappear from Evening skies in 1st
Week
of
May 2012. i.e. Jupiter will be visible in sky till end of April easily.
Re-appearance in Morning Skies in June/July:
continuing their journey around Sun after

June/Beginning
of July till up till end of year
